Signing Up

Before you can create a PubCounter account, you’ll need:

  1. An access key - Provided by your Kingdom Hall administrator
  2. A valid email address - For account verification
  3. Your congregation - You’ll select this during setup
  1. Go to PubCounter

    Visit pubcounter.app in your web browser.

  2. Click “Sign Up”

    On the login page, click the “Create Account” or “Sign Up” link.

  3. Enter your details

    Fill in the registration form:

    • Email - Use an email you have access to
    • Password - Choose a secure password
    • Name - Your display name
  4. Enter the access key

    When prompted, enter the access key provided by your administrator. This key is specific to your Kingdom Hall and validates your registration.

  5. Select your congregation

    If your Kingdom Hall has multiple congregations, select the one you belong to.

  6. Verify your email

    Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

After creating your account:

  1. Go to pubcounter.app
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click “Sign In”

PubCounter also supports Google OAuth for quicker sign-in:

  1. Click “Sign in with Google” on the login page
  2. Select your Google account
  3. If this is your first time, you’ll still need to complete the profile setup with an access key
  • Make sure you’re entering the key exactly as provided (keys are case-sensitive)
  • Check with your administrator that the key is still valid
  • Access keys are specific to each Kingdom Hall
  • Try signing in instead of creating a new account
  • Use the “Forgot Password” link if you don’t remember your password
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and check again
  • Try clicking “Resend verification email” on the verification page
  • Contact your administrator if issues persist
